Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Acting as the primary P&C contact for the leadership teams in Türkiye and UAE;
- Driving organizational design and workforce planning initiatives in line business strategies;
- Ensuring adherence to local labour laws and internal policies;
- Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling;
- Partnering with works councils or employee representatives where applicable;
- Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies;
- Facilitating performance management and succession planning;
- Identifying and coordinating local training and development programs;
- Leading change initiatives;
- Collaborating with Shared Services to deliver seamless P&C services;
- Monitoring key HR metrics and ensure compliance with HR systems;
