As a Senior PCN Pharmacist at Lincolnshire Co‑op, you will play a vital role in improving health outcomes across the community by providing expert clinical support, building strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, and supporting people live healthier lives.

You will help shape patient care through:

• Carrying out structured medication reviews for patients with complex needs
• Supporting GPs with prescribing decisions, leading clinical audits, and mentoring teams
• Responding to prescribing queries, managing repeat authorisations, and using audits to drive improvements
• Delivering services such as vaccinations and upholding professional standards to ensure safe, effective care
• Monitoring performance, contributing to key priorities, and supporting service planning that meets patient and community needs
