The Opportunity
We're partnering with a well-established, purpose-led organisation in the care and community sector to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Officer on a contract basis.
This is an immediate start role suited to someone who can step into a hands-on environment and take ownership of payroll operations in a high-volume, award-driven setting.
You'll be joining a supportive finance team where accuracy, timeliness and strong stakeholder communication are critical to ensuring staff are paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end processing of payroll across a large, multi-site workforce
Interpret and apply relevant awards (SCHADS/Aged Care or similar), EBAs and legislation
Manage payroll queries, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately
Maintain employee payroll records, including new starters, terminations and variations
