Based at our Rockdale office and reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced payroll professional ready to take ownership, mentor others and drive continuous improvement across a large, complex, multi-award payroll function. You'll bring deep technical knowledge, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to accuracy and compliance — and you'll be trusted to lead by example every day.

• Taking ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume, multi-award workforce across multiple states
• Interpreting and applying Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work legislation with confidence and accuracy
