Senior Payroll Analyst

Position Summary:

This position has minimum supervision. This person is responsible for processing and supervising periodic payroll accurately and timely. This position possesses a strong working knowledge of payroll wages, hour laws, and serves as a subject matter expert for the team. This position requires interaction with employees on all levels of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquires and retains in-depth working knowledge of end-to-end payroll process for Philippines and India to independently research and resolve payroll issues.
• This position is responsible for all payroll analysis, calculations, and processing.
• This includes overtime pay, basic wage, benefits, 13th month pay and tax annualization.
• Trains staff on PayAsia/Deel’s portal functions and operating procedures.
• Directly responsible for supervising one payroll analyst and three project-hire positions.
