Senior Payments Manager

**Role purpose**

+ We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payments Manager to lead and oversee our payment’s operations function.
+ This role will be responsible for managing a team of 5 professionals, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving operational efficiency
+ The ideal candidate will bring strong team leadership experience along with hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP systems.
+ The role will report into the Assistant Vice President

**Key accountabilities**

**Technical**

+ Oversee end-to-end payment processes, including vendor payment & reconciliations.
+ Assure timely clearance of queries from business owners and customers.
+ Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
