**Description**
The **Senior Patient Services Specialist** plays a vital role in supporting patient care and clinic operations for the Swedish Cancer Institute across multiple campuses. This position provides comprehensive clinic coordination and patient orientation services while exercising a high degree of independence in managing a wide range of clerical and administrative responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate and schedule new patient visits, follow-up clinic appointments, subsequent treatments, and requested diagnostic tests
+ Obtain and manage insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations
+ Prepare, maintain, and update patient medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
+ Reconcile billing issues and support timely resolution of patient account concerns
+ Answer multiple phone lines, triage calls appropriately, and respond to patient, family, and provider inquiries<...
