Full time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Job Summary
Organizes day-to-day clerical function in the delivery of quality health care services through the utilization of standard work. Provides functional guidance to clerical team members.

Essential Functions

+ Oversees development and delivery of functional training to clerical staff using standard work.

+ Responsible for auditing and developing action plans for process improvement.

+ Schedules complex incoming/outgoing referrals, complex surgeries and in-office procedures, tests, including medical record review of incoming referrals.

+ Performs tracking and trending collaborative review/audits within department/practice.

+ Serves as a subject matter expert/resource to the department/practice.

+ Possesses the ability to perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate and Intermediate roles when necessary.
