Senior Patent Engineer

1. Conduct Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) searches and clearance analysis on newly developed technology and product. 2. Monitor development of third parties’ patent portfolio and responsible for global (CN, EP, JP or US) invalidation proceedings against patent rights from third parties. 3. Provide legal risk assessment to business partners in a clear and easy-to-understand way. 4. Conduct infringement analysis based on Wonderland’s patent rights. Generate detailed claim charts in Chinese and English. 5. Perform reverse engineering on mechanical products. 6. Provide opinions to help develop strong patent portfolio and protection scope. 7. Communicate and work with internal business partners and external law firms and patent counsels worldwide to define legal advice. 8. Consolidate information to generate summary report and present to senior management.
