Senior Partner Project Manager

About the Role
You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the signed commercial contract to the final closing.
You will be the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to all internal teams.
As overall owner of the process, you will coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and correct delivery.
You will communicate product and process needs to headquarters and work with product/engineering to deliver on them, consolidating requirements and prioritizing them with the product team.
You will create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to provide answers to potential user incidents managed by the support team.
You will ensure all required documentation is available to meet project goals.
Depending on the event, your presence on site may be required during the launch or other key dates.
