Our client, a highly regarded boutique corporate law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Senior Transactions Paralegal to join its collaborative and sophisticated corporate transactions team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate paralegal who enjoys working on complex private company transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

• Assist with private company M&A transactions from inception through closing
