ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust and reliable manufacturing processes for powder and liquid painting to support regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives.Ensure that projects meet product, cost, quality, and implementation schedule objectives while mentoring the operations team in all painting operations at the compressors plant (screw & scroll).
Apply advanced technical skills to achieve process control and capability requirements, while meeting safety requirements.Define process parameters and specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and installation requirements for NPDs and capital equipment related to the paint processes.Perform advanced problem‐solving using Six Sigma, DOE, A3, nine‐step problem‐solving, and five‐why tools to determine root causes.Develop, maintain, and improve painting operations through deep analysis of cr...
