Senior Package Development Engineer – Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new sensor products & packages to support new product introduction.
• Source, evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on new products, design, materials and cost improvement to enhance competitive edge.
• Responsible to define package characteristic to meet electrical requirements.
• Development of manufacturing process equipment and related tooling for prototype sample and volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical Engineering, Physics)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge/understanding of semiconductor packaging processes, materials and technology.
