Senior oracle pl/sql support analyst

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Oracle PL/SQL Support Analystwith 8–10 years of experience supporting and enhancing Oracle-based production systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, resolving complex incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with business and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
ProvideLevel 3 (L3) production supportfor Oracle/PL/SQL-based applications, ensuring high system availability and performance.
Lead investigation and resolution ofcomplex production incidentswithin defined SLAs.
Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
Design, develop, and optimizePL/SQL components, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
