Senior Oracle PL/SQL Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Support Analyst with 8–10 years of experience supporting and enhancing Oracle-based production systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, resolving complex incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 (L3) production support for Oracle/PL/SQL-based applications, ensuring high system availability and performance.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL components , including packages, procedures, functions...
