HyperLight, based in Singapore, is seeking a hands-on Validation Engineer to manage the validation, characterization, and qualification of advanced optical transceiver reference designs. You will collaborate across firmware, DSP, optics, and hardware to ensure QSFP/OSFP-based modules meet performance, reliability, and interoperability standards. Candidates should have 5-12+ years of experience in optical transceiver validation or testing, with a strong background in high-speed optical systems, and a degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
