The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and manufacturing prototype high power laser systems, while collaborating closely with R&D Engineering teams. Strong hands-on experience with high power fiber or bulk lasers is essential, and expertise in relevant physics and engineering fields is required. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits and hybrid working options.
