The Senior Operator, Production operates the manufacturing process and assists the coordination of a production shift producing quality products that meet quality and technical specifications to meet customer demand. The role is primarily responsible for the production of Dairy Starter Cultures so that they contribute to the growth and profitability of dsm-firmenich.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Ensure all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards are maintained at all times
+ Ensure all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Quality standards are maintained at all times
+ Operate processing equipment by making up raw materials into media, transferring, monitoring fermentation, harvesting and freezing cultures
+ Report to Production Supervisor when process deviations or process delays occurs
