Senior Operations Manager

Formulate and lead the on-site team day-to-day operational management, team management and vendor management. The role will assume overall responsibilities for site facility management (operation & maintenance), finance, HSE management and procurement & vendor management. To achieve excellence in preventative and reactive maintenance programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative maintenance techniques and statutory and contractual compliance. Oversee the management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and to coordinate remedial action with the Engineering Team in the event of business-critical failures. Provide leadership and direction to multi-skilled Engineering Operations teams made up of directly employed staff and appointed vendors.
