Job Summary

The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing daily freight operations, ensuring the efficient movement of shipments from origin to destination. The role involves working closely with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end freight shipments for air, ocean, and land transportation.


• Liaise with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents regarding shipment status and operational requirements.


• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
