Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA – Supply Chain Management)
Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Import Logistics and Trade Operations within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import logistics operations from order placement to final delivery at plant/warehouse.
Prepare, review, and maintain complete import documentation, including LCs, Goods Declarations (GD), Bills of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related statutory documents.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and clearing agents to ensure smooth shipment flow and timely customs clearance.
Proactively track shipments and resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, or clearance issues.
Ensure full compliance with customs laws, import regulations, and internal company policies.
