Senior Odoo Technical-Functional Developer

Xplatform Group is seeking a full-time Senior Odoo Technical-Functional Developer to lead the complete implementation, configuration, customization, deployment, training, and ongoing support of Odoo ERP across the Group.

The successful candidate will work on‑site in Ajman and will be responsible for implementing Odoo across several business units with different operating models, including manufacturing, industrial projects, product sales, equipment rental, rope‑access services, project execution, installation, maintenance, and after‑sales support.

The role requires a professional who combines strong Odoo development skills with functional ERP knowledge. The candidate must be able to understand business workflows, recommend suitable standard Odoo processes, configure modules, develop approved custom solutions, migrate data, train users, and manage the implementation from initial analysis through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
