Job Description

Our client is looking for a 2 Senior OCM Specialist's to lead and support multiple IT initiatives through training, learning strategies, communication and change analysis for transformational based projects 
Must be able to provide a portfolio sample of previous work
First role:
Located in Edm open to AB candidates, will be onsite 3 days per week in Edm
Well versed with in creating impact assessments
Working with training leadon developing new materials. 
Nice to have:
Experience with Articulate Rise
Second role:
Located in Calgary, onsite 3 days per week 
Creating communication content, ensure engagement plan and communication plan is executed from beginning to end
Supporting 3 projects in spaces such as SCM or Maximo 
Must Haves:
