Senior NPD Technologist

Cranswick Gourmet Bacon is looking for a talented Development Technologist to join our NPD team. Based at our state-of-the-art site in Sherburn-in-Elmet, this role is perfect for someone passionate about innovation and creating premium products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead NPD projects from concept to launch
2. Work closely with chefs, commercial, and site teams
3. Develop market-leading products that meet customer and business requirements
4. Attend customer meetings and manage product presentations
5. Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant
6. Support trials, launches, and pre-production activities

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree in Food Technology or similar
2. 2+ years’ NPD experience (ideally with retail customers)
3. Strong project management and communication skills
4. Experience with NPD systems
5. Full UK driving licence
