Senior NPD Engineer

About Your Role:

• New product development of low-medium-high voltage electrical products
• Participate in the introduction of new product designs into production
• May manage (or mentor) other team members
• Evaluate existing product lines and identify design modifications for cost reduction and/or performance improvement
• Interface with customers to define applications and fuse requirements and identify product design opportunities and solutions
• Maintain accurate and valid project planning documentation for assigned projects, including schedule and resource plans
• Coordinate relationship with the team for flawless execution of projects
• Track, report on relevant communications, including issues, dependencies and risks as appropriate and in accordance with project governance
• Other duties as assigned
