Senior Node.js/AWS Developer

EverTeam allows customer care agents and team leads to train, work, and communicate seamlessly within one unified system. To continue building reliable, highly scalable, and secure solutions that meet evolving customer needs, the EverTeam squad is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Node.js and AWS.

The position is based in one of our offices in Colombia, located in Barranquilla, Bogotá, or Cali. Remote work is possible. There will be a lot of collaboration with the team in Europe during morning hours in Colombia.

• Maintain and improve our backend systems that orchestrate various parts of the product
• Create out-of-the-box solutions to help resolve scaling challenges
