Senior network operations engineer

An established telecommunications and technology solution provider is seeking a highly skilled
Infrastructure Engineer
to join their Network Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Advanced Support & Resolution:
Provide expert-level support and lead the diagnosis/resolution of complex, critical network, and voice connectivity issues (routers, switches, firewalls, APNs, wireless) in alignment with SLAs.
Configuration & Maintenance:
Own the full lifecycle management of core network systems, including configuration, implementation, upgrades, patching, and change management following ITIL best practices.
Performance & Optimisation:
Proactively monitor, analyse, and optimise performance in high-availability, carrier-grade networks using advanced tools.
Architecture & Strategy:
Provide input to technical strategy, market evolution, and architecture oversight. Engage with clients and vendors to translate requirements into effective network solutions.
