Senior .NET Engineer

TurboPT has been serving physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists for over 35 years. Our platform handles clinical documentation, insurance billing, practice management, and AI-powered tools for thousands of therapy practices nationwide. We're looking for a senior .NET engineer who's done it before — built on modern stacks, seen legacy systems up close, and knows how to move a product forward without breaking what customers depend on.

You’ll take ownership of core backend systems that are due for modernization. That means rearchitecting aging infrastructure, introducing CI/CD where it’s missing, improving reliability, and building new features on top of a cleaner foundation. You’ll have a real voice in technical decisions and be expected to bring opinions — we want someone who can point at our stack and say here’s what we should do next.
