Senior Naval Architect

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Senior Naval Architect is responsible for delivering naval architecture design while primarily focusing on developing and strengthening the capability of the junior naval architecture team.

This role will work closely under the Structural Coordinator to ensure strong integration between naval architecture and structural design, while embedding best practices, improving design quality, and building a more independent and technically competent team.

The position requires a hands‑on leader and mentor who can guide junior engineers from supported contributors into confident professionals capable of owning design deliverables and making sound engineering decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering.
