Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Senior Motion Graphics Designer (Advertising & Performance Creatives) We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house advertising team, supporting the creation of high-impact motion and video creatives for paid media campaigns. This role operates in a performance-driven environment where motion designers are expected to contribute ideas, not just execute instructions.

You will work closely with marketers and motion designers to translate provided hooks into compelling visuals, frame messages effectively, rapidly produce variations, and help the team identify new winning ads through structured testing.

This is not a purely executional role. We are building a team that thinks together, experiments together, and iterates fast.
