Senior Model-Based Development Engineer

Position Title : Senior Model-Based Development Engineer – Automotive (5–8 Yrs)
Location – Pune
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control algorithms and physical system models using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow
- Build plug-and-play architectures with scalable, reusable model components.
- Execute Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) and validations: MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL
- Perform automated model testing and simulation-based verification.
- Debug, review, and ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO26262, and MISRA standards.
- Generate optimized production code using TargetLink / Embedded Coder / dSPACE.
- Guide junior developers on modeling best practices and debugging techniques.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align with product requirements and hardware constraints.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- ✅5–8 years of strong hands-on experience in Model-Based Development (MBD)
