Senior Mining Engineer

Role Description

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to join our Canadian Mine Sector team to support our client’s technical mineworks needs in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Canada’s three territories. This client‑facing, technical role requires 15 to 20 years of direct mining sector project experience.

This opportunity requires a dynamic individual with proven mine tailings and waste rock management experience as an engineer of record, earth and dam inspection and engineering, client development skills, and a commitment to growth in new technologies and environmental consulting. In this role, you will assist Project Managers with tailings engineering, environmental investigation, remediation, and permitting projects, oversee day‑to‑day activities of junior staff, schedule and coordinate task resources, and solicit guidance from senior technical staff.
