Senior Migration Health Informatics Associate (AI) (GS)

Position Overview

The Migration Health Informatics (MHI) unit leads the digital transformation and advanced analytics for the Health Assessment Programme (HAP) in the Migration Health Division (MHD). The Senior Medical Health Informatics Associate (AI) will support the effective, safe and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HAP medical workflows, strengthen data management, analytics and quality assurance, and contribute to AI projects such as feedback sentiment analysis, health chatbots, electronic job‑aid tools, Power BI Q&A dashboards and computer‑aided diagnosis (CAD) for chest X‑ray screening.

The role works in close coordination with the Migration Health Informatics Manager, the AI Work Group based in Manila, the MHD Senior Health Operations and Compliance Officer, and other MHD teams, including MHI Data Quality, Reporting and Research, MHI Software Development, IOM Data Science and ICT.
