About the Role

Pharmaron is currently looking to recruit a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to oversee the administration, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services within a dynamic ITIL/ISO environment. This position requires a high level of expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Intune management, to ensure the seamless operation of Microsoft 365 services.

The Senior Administrator leads initiatives such as migrations, updates, and optimizations, leveraging advanced PowerShell scripting and best practices. The role develops and documents processes and procedures, serves as a subject matter expert for complex escalations and troubleshooting, and provides mentorship to junior team members.
