Senior Mexico Payroll Analyst

**Location**:Guadalajara or Mexico City first. Able to go into one of the offices as needed but minimum one day a week**:
**What You'll Do**:
This role requires accurate processing, recording, and collecting payroll data, ensuring that all work hours, benefits, and statutory and voluntary deductions are logged and implemented accurately.
**Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Provide accurate payroll processes for an assigned group and ensure payroll compliance.
- Perform daily operations by calculating, controlling, and issuing pay slips, and correcting pay discrepancies.
- Process manual off-cycle checks, align with company policies and procedures and payroll tax regulations
- Tax payments as well as reconciliations
