Senior Merchandiser

We're looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser (Sports brand) to lead end-to-end merchandising strategies for our sports retail business. This role is responsible for maximizing sales, profitability, and inventory productivity across assigned categories, while ensuring alignment with brand direction and market trends.
Responsibilities
Formulate buying plans according to category & brands with OTB assigned by Merchandising Manager
Analyze sales trend, taking action against low and high sell through merchandise, reporting in irregularities in the merchandising trend
Manage overall inventory, ensure healthy stock cover across all stores
Formulate consolidation plan for stores, ensuring retail real estate are fully utilized
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, ideally within sports or fashion brands.
