Senior MEP Project Manager

An opportunity for a senior MEP professional to step into a technically led, client-facing position within a main contracting environment. This role is pre-construction focused , working closely with bid teams and senior stakeholders rather than managing day-to-day site operations.

You will act as the MEP technical authority , supporting tendering activities, engaging with clients early, and challenging subcontractor proposals to ensure the most efficient, compliant, and value-driven solutions are adopted.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP input during pre-construction and tender stages
• Work closely with estimating, commercial, and design teams on live bids
• Engage directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders during bid development
