**Overview**

Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior MEP Practice Builder to expand our MEP practice in Florida!

**Responsibilities**

+ Project Management role is in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities.
+ Requires the ability to oversee the MEP design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients.
+ Proven design experience with comfort and MEP systems and related controls
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
+ Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities
+ Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team
+ Mentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects
+ Manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance
