Senior M&E/M&E Engineer (HVAC)

What you will do:

As our Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be the technical owner for all the electrical aspects of HVAC systems in commercial and mission‑critical buildings.

• Electrical Design & Engineering
  • Lead the electrical design of HVAC systems for commercial buildings
  • Produce and/or technically review single‑line diagrams (SLD), schematic diagrams, panel GA drawings, wiring diagrams, termination schedules, and equipment electrical specifications
• Power Distribution & Equipment Design
  • Design and validate electrical systems for HVAC equipment, including water‑cooled and air‑cooled chillers, AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, VAV systems, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, and cooling tower systems
  • Engineer and review low‑voltage power distribution, MCCs, control panels, motor starters (DOL, star‑delta, soft starter), and VFD sizing and coordination
