The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in oil and gas production facilities, exhibiting strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
The role includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in commissioning and optimization of shale gas facilities. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering is required, with a Master's preferred.
