Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer – Ontario, Canada

WSP is seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer to lead design and deliver high‑performance HVAC solutions for mining, metals and industrial infrastructure projects in Ontario, ideally Northern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical HVAC engineering design packages from concept development through detailed engineering.
• Develop mechanical HVAC systems, specifications, calculations and deliverables that support safe, reliable, and high‑performing operations for mining, metals, and heavy industrial clients.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical design with process, structural, electrical, controls, and construction requirements.
• Review designs, drawings, and engineering documents to ensure quality, constructability, and adherence to industry codes and best practices.
