We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support the design, improvement, and lifecycle management of industrial mechanical products used in demanding applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Support & Continuous Improvement**

+ Lead engineering efforts focused on product improvements, issue resolution, standardization, and operational efficiency.
+ Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives while improving quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
+ Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to implement engineering enhancements.
+ Create and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, models, and bills of material.
+ Support production processes through design-for-manufacturability initiatives and engineering best practices.
