Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the mechanical engineering department, ensuring the successful design and delivery of mechanical systems for PCI Africa. The role involves managing project deliverables, guiding a high-performing team, and ensuring mechanical designs meet client specifications and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with water and wastewater treatment systems, and the ability to interface with other engineering disciplines to achieve functional project outcomes. Financial awareness and ISO 9001:2015 compliance is essential for success in this role.
