The Opportunity

Our client is undergoing a period of significant growth. As a result of an increased workload across our key accounts, they are expanding their Derby site and looking for a Tooling Designer to join our world-class engineering team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing critical tooling, jigs, fixtures, and components that support some of the UK's most complex energy and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a designer who doesn't just draw, but who innovates—identifying effective solutions to emerging engineering problems.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design of tooling, jigs, and fixtures from initial outline and concept through to detailed design and final handover.
