Senior Mechanical Designer – 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to join a major engineering project based in Birchwood Park, Warrington. This contract role is ideal for someone with strong 3D modelling experience and expertise in mechanical design who enjoys working on technically challenging projects. You’ll play a key part in supporting critical project delivery while working on a long‑term assignment.

Salary: Hourly rate – dependent on experience

Location and Working Pattern: Birchwood Park, Warrington – hybrid

Responsibilities

• Produce and update 3D models and mechanical design drawings
• Develop general arrangement drawings (GAs), sub-assemblies, detailed design drawings, layouts and mechanical flow diagrams
• Support resolution of manufacturing technical queries, production permits and concessions
