Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Finland – Vantaa | Full-time | hybrid role

What you’ll do

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer acts as a mechanical specialist for large UPS systems and Special Systems customers across the EMEA region, supporting pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, customized UPS design, and customer-facing engineering guidance.

• Support internal sales organizations with technical and commercial UPS requests by
  • analyzing customer requirements
  • making feasibility studies, cost analysis and supporting material
  • designing customized UPS solutions together with several stakeholders (R&D, Product Marketing, Production, Sales, Suppliers etc.)
• Act as a mechanical expert in customer visits, witness tests and demonstrations.
• Execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines on time.
