Senior Master Scheduler

The Senior Master Scheduler oversees the function of scheduling activities, is responsible for balancing production and inventory levels with demand to support targets consistent with customer delivery levels, inventory turns and goals and capacity utilization/staffing requirements.Essential Functions:Report finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements.
(Rough Cut Capacity Planning).
Communicate short and long-term customer production.Ensure timely output of product in response to customer orders analyse, address and communicate production issues in a timely manner; work to develop solutions and improve production performance.Calculate resulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases parts and packaging based on MRP methodology.Publish and perform root cause analysis in Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime and Company KPIs.Develop and lead efforts to improve or install new effective scheduling processes.Coordinate equipment repairs or mainte...
