Senior Master Scheduler

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Master** **Scheduler** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leads the development of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinates schedule updates across multi-functional departments.
+ Validate schedule health metrics and authorize adjustments to the critical path to maintain program alignment.
+ Monitor performance against schedule baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex milestone goals.
+ Executes strategic schedule oversight for logistics and sustainment milestones across the Indo-Pacific theater.
+ Validate the accuracy of task-level schedules and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-specific operational standards.
+ Coordinate with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve schedule slips before they impact regional mission readiness.
