Responsibilities

• Lead the country‑level marketing strategy for the Surgery platform.
• Translate global priorities into a local growth agenda and drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Combine strategic marketing leadership, cross‑functional execution, team development, investment management, and KOL strategy ownership to support long‑term business success.
• Oversee the development and execution of the Platform Strategy, including pricing strategy as a key component, and the Marketing Plan.
