What You Will Achieve
· Partner with the Assistant Marketing Manager to develop the strategic roadmap and product assortment for the brand in HMT market, considering competitor offerings, consumer insights, and business impact. Support marketing calendar planning in line with global/regional directions and local priorities.
· Manage the development of NPLs, campaign concepts, and USP; plan and execute 360° campaigns with the Consumer Engagement team. Ensure core messages are consistently communicated across all consumer touchpoints.
· Define product marketing objectives, including ATL & BTL communication strategies. Provide consumer insights to refine product positioning and creative executions.
· Collaborate with the CRM team to identify the right customer segments for activations and maximize business potential across all channels.
